Pelletised Activated Carbon has an immense mechanical strength designed to withstand the high water pressures present within canister filters.

However, this product is not restricted to canister filters due to its larger size (4mm diameter pellet), the larger size decreases compression, this improves hydrodynamics meaning that it can also be used in medium-high water flow areas without significantly decreasing its effectiveness.

It removes: toxic chlorine, chloramines, impurities, organic toxins, pungent smells and helps to clear up your water by removing the yellow tinge.

It can be used in both fresh and saltwater aquariums without significantly affecting pH.
